What the Luna/UST crash confirmed: - Crypto investments are extremely risky, even a top 10 project got obliterated overnight. - Best example of why you don't invest capital you cannot afford to lose. - This is not a race to be the first, but to be the best.

This is a very reasonable piece of advice. Crypto winter is finally here.
If I could give one advice- Don't try to buy the bottom. Long term bottoms form after a long grind and there is no rush. Every Indicator wicks 20-40% when catching the Bottom. Survive this. Unfollow your influencer. Keep fluid bias. Save your capital. I am just scalping.

If you want a diversified range of low cost funds, then this is not a bad option. I have a 3 ESG funds set up and any investment I make is automatically spread across them
