Exactly 1 month ago we met our daughter, Eva Arwen Sophie. It was the birth of my dreams. We are in 7th heaven and I will stay there for a while. ๐ All my ambition that went to work will go to her during my leave. But Iโll be back! So, see you then! ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ธ

Junior developers need a safe space to experiment, fail and learn from it. If you over-protect and tell them what to do and not to do. it wonโt click and wonโt stick. Everybody is entitled to make their own mistakes. Itโs really only a mistake if you donโt learn from it.

When the economy has a downturn, the wrong reflex is to cut down on everything which isn't measurable. This is just the #availability #bias at work. โ ๏ธInvestments in community have delayed effects. You'll notice you did it wrong when it's too late. โ ๏ธ ๐ฏ agree @Sharat_Chander
