Our undercover reporters visited shops in the network and found they were selling cheap illegal cigarettes and vapes - including to children. We worked with Graham Barrow, financial crime expert @darkmoneyfiles He identified “ red flags" associated with organised crime.

For the first time, we can reveal the inner workings of a criminal system that lets asylum seekers work in plain sight on UK High Streets. We found fake company directors paid to put their names to official paperwork for mini marts, for a fee. So called ghost directors.
