I have just experienced even worse customer service at the @AmericanAir customer service desk at @IntlAirportCLT. The customer service manager should be fired immediately. I wouldn't stand for this level of incompetence in my organization.

I'm about to land in Charlotte which is 2 hours from where I actually need to be. Thanks a lot @AmericanAir for ruining an otherwise lovely trip. I'm shocked at the level of incompetence in your customer service team. You've lost a frequent flyer today.

Then, the agents tried to placate me by booking me on a flight that had already left. Then, they booked me on a flight to Charlotte with no connecting flight. That's 2 hours from home so I guess I just have to figure it out from there.

I don't think I've posted here since Twitter became X, but I'm so angry I just want to blast @AmericanAi32886. First, they changed my gate with no announcement that I heard. Then, they left at least 6 minutes early. Continued rant in comments.
