Back in 2003, was watching Spike TV. Probably for WWF Raw. This show called Most Extreme Elimination Challenge (MXC) was on. It was from Japan, but with American voiceovers. Hilarious. To this day, the hardest I have ever laughed was from this clip. 22 years later, still funny.

So, they've been experimenting with all sorts of driver cooling aids in Drag Racing since the late 80's, the RWR guys are just running the latest tech for it.
Interesting that cool shirts systems have made their way over to the NHRA. I wonder if RWR used one of their Cup systems here?

That IHRA on Speed commentary team is severely underrated imo for that era. Phenomenal work covering some great events.
23 years ago this month, a super cool thing happened for me. After taking a shot in the dark & sending a rough homemade demo vid to Bill Bader Sr., I got a letter that confirmed I would be the full-time pit reporter for @IHRA / Hooters Drag Racing Series on SPEED TV for 2003.
