November has arrived, which means the early signing period is closer. A key phase of the recruiting process recruits can start planning in-home visits. It’s an opportunity for the recruit and family members to visit with their future coaches.

Recruiting is taking the risk or loose the chance to be discovered in the recruiting process.

Applaud your teammates’ efforts, acknowledge their successes, and encourage them. The team could be the only family they have to lean on & the only place they get applauded.

Recruiting is on point when time and chance meet. When it’s your time and a school is willing to give you a chance, all you have to do is take advantage of the opportunity.

When you live in a one high school town. Rivalry games or playoff games don’t divide the town, they bring it together. The best feeling is running onto the field seeing fans in the stand w/ school colors on shaking their noise maker. This is what HS football is all about!

If you are currently on a college roster. Remember how you conduct yourself within that football program is a direct reflection of your HS program, state, and town. It will determine if a college coach will return back.

Things to know about during the early signing period: •The early signing period isn’t just for early enrollees. •Committed prospects will be expected to sign, schools will not wait. •Uncommitted prospects with committable offers will have to make their choice or be left out.

In about 3 weeks all the once discouraged recruits will be exposed to offers, they once dreamed about. I encourage you to be patient.

With commitments happening, keep in mind a 1st class attitude goes a long way. Remember to thank the coaches that recruited you. Things can happen in recruiting & you might have to reach back out. Coaches will remember if you handled the process the right way.

Underclassmen put your year in your bio. Juco player have your graduation year & years left posted. Portal players if your recruitment is open you should have the paperwork to prove it. If coaches know the situation they’re more willing to respond, coaches have rules to follow.
