We've recently started a new men's project called athlEAT combining physical exercise with cooking activities. We have started working with a group of young men at @KeithLoftYP where they enjoyed some kettlebell training with Andy.

The Young People went to Tesco today to purchase ingredients for their 3 course Christmas meal they are cooking next week. 🎄🎅🏻 “With thanks to @YouthLinkScot @CashBackScot I am able to take part in activities at The Loft which helps me gain life skills for my future”😌👍🏻

The Loft Youth Project staff and Young People are giving back the top 12 items to Moray Food Plus needed for Christmas 🎄🎅🏻 Just a reminder that the cut off point is Friday the 10th of December, as this allows Moray Food Plus time to distribute parcels out before Christmas. 🥰
