It’s mushroom sage and. Red onion quiche and it’s gonna be so good and I have to take it out the oven at 3am here’s hoping I don’t fall asleep and wake up to fire

It is ever so slightly too salty and it appears I used slices of mozzarella in it instead of shredded cheese.
But tbh I was almost blackout when I made this, so I’m deciding to be proud of my unsupervised subconscious anyway.
