I started walking 4-5x a week, 9 weeks ago. It’s been a rough journey. I started only being able to run for 30 seconds without stopping and today, I ran for 7 min without stopping 🥹. I haven’t been proud of myself a lot but this is one of those moments where I am 🥹.

Here are some photos of us together and it’s so crazy to think we’ve literally grown together for 29+ years. You’re going to be in my life longer than mom and dad and I can’t wait to grow old together and play videogames in the nursing home. I LOVE YOU BIG SIS.
