I am so grateful for tools like Blast! With the help of my coaches and Blast, my bat metrics continue to improve! I’ve been focusing on bat speed and making sure the adjustments for it don’t throw off the other numbers. So far this month my high bat speed is 58.2! (My last ODM

This weekend I had a blast at the CBJ Winter showcase games at Saginaw and Akron Universities. I definitely had my ups and downs, but overall I learned how to work through the hard. All the girls on my team were so kind and it was a great environment to be in! Clips⬇️
