If you as an artist can't be held accountable to complete (or refund) a c°mm within two years, then you shouldn't be opening c°mms in the first place.
I don't understand why this is a controversial change.
After lots of feedback, we’ve reevaluated the need to enforce a 150 guaranteed delivery.
Instead the guaranteed delivery date will still be mandatory but the limit will be 2 years.
The VGen refund protection period will still be 150 days after each payment.
