While renovating the kitchen in our old house in Trevallyn I discovered that the window sills were made of Huon pine. I salvaged a few pieces 18 years later I’ve carved a small dish out of this chunk as a b’day present for my son. Left the nail hole as a reminder of its origin πŸ”¨

β€œMy immune system was out, I got sick 4/5 times in a row with a cold or flu (because I have a lot of customers) major fatigue, brain fog, bloated & upset stomach & reacting to foods I don't normally, major nausea, nasal drip, dry cough, burning lungs...” The blame? Mould πŸ™„πŸ™„

It’s a pity the β€œnational conversation” is all about productivity, IOW how to make people more efficient cogs in the machine. Let’s have one about quality of life instead. Healthy environment. Healthy communities.

What would that look like? ‡️ Educating the public on the nature of the virus & the consequences of repeated infections. Showing people how to minimise their risk of exposure as well as how to protect others. Modelling that behaviour themselves. Is that too much to ask?

It’s appears that a HUGE number of Americans think that the new tariffs aka import taxes will be paid by the foreign countries whose goods are being exported to the US. Do they really have no idea how import taxes work? Don’t answer that πŸ™„

This is what you receive if you sign up to Trump’s mailing list. Typos and all. If you accept the β€œoffer” it takes you to a page where you have to donate a bunch of bucks. His followers must be brain dead

BlueΒ² 2 I was going to play with oranges & reds today but wanted to do another blue one, this time on cold pressed watercolour paper. Interesting difference. Much more forgiving of layering

Covid is rampant because it’s a highly contagious airborne disease & hardly anyone bothers to modify their behaviour to take this into account. However, the underlying blame is surely with PH departments who have totally abandoned any pretence of facilitating β€œpublic health”
