Disappointed at @amazon delivery and customer service. You are too great of a company to have such poor English proficiency at your call centers and terrible customer service. No way should it take 4 days to deliver a product when I’m on the same city as your fulfillment center.

Sat at @evgonetwork for 40 mins trying to charge my car. That’s also how long it took me to get to a rep. Now the tell me it’s broken. Waisted an hour. Now i have to go to Tesla. “I’m so sorry” is all i got for waiting my time and making them aware of a issue.

My @AmericanAir flight out of New Orleans was delayed from 5am to 6:15am. Now they say the crew is still at the hotel. Mostly all of us are missing our connecting flights. Customer service says a 2 hour wait. This is the worst customer service ever. #DoBetter #aa.
