Moreovr I make time to report this via X, bcoz ur #amazon app was precisely useless when we try to report this scam by seller or file complaint for a refund. You send a feedback email about delivery guy for each delivery made but U got no easy option on app/web to report a seller

Finally, the return guy took that one item we recieved in parcel and rejected the other 2 returns for no fault of ours. The seller refunded partial amount for that one item he intentionally shipped to scam us. Going by seller's reviews/ratings he had been doing it for long time.

she took the delivery and realised the parcel neither had 3 items nor that one dress is amongst the designs she ordered. Then she tried to raise a return / refund, your app started to treat it as one single item being returned, so she was forced to place 3 different return orders

Hey @amazonIN, I have been your customer for 10+ yrs and recently got scammed on your shopping platform by a seller who is famous for scamming your customers. My Wife ordered 3 dresses on #amazon app shipped by below seller. He randomly sent one dress item instead of the 3 items.
