The surprising thing really, is that the US constitution lasted this long. It's got a lot of bugs in it, and it only takes a small percentage of people who benefit from the bugs to block fixing them.

So, the plan is end the conflict by giving the aggressive country part of the other country's territory. Didn't they try that before? Some place called Czechoslovakia? They had a conference in like Montreal or Munich or something? Back in what '38, '39 was it? Ringing any bells?.
