No matter where you stand on our nation’s military action in Iran, one thing should unite us: support for the brave men and women who are serving in harm’s way. I stand with our troops — praying for their protection and swift return home.

Be not amazed that spiritually lost people say foolish things, but be aware that expecting them to do otherwise makes one foolish.

It's so weird how the global defenders of human rights are relatively silent about brave Iranians paying with their blood to break the chains of Khamenei's brutal religious regime. 🤔

Some good news! The favor and power of God are accessible to all who humble themselves under God’s hand. This grace touches anyone regardless of who you are, what you've done, or where you find yourself today. ~James 4:6

So, the Senate blocked a bill that would have prevented boys from competing in girls' sports. This is far worse than crazy or sick. Their proclaimed desire for inclusion belies their contempt for God. But here’s the thing: Don’t let this new world disorder get you down or angry.

One thing devours your soul - bitterness. Don't let bitterness get a foothold in your life.

We don't have to leave the USA to find unreached people. Many millions of Americans have never had a fair shot of hearing the good news of God’s power to change lives. Look for an open door to share your story today!

Jesus displayed how not to let injustice, betrayal, and abandonment keep him from his mission and ultimate glorification. His trust in the Father’s sovereign ability to make wrongs right enabled him to press through the cost of the cross and take hold of the joy set before him.

The tomb is empty, and our God is alive. Choose humility and live in his strength.

John 15 provides us with a clear choice: We can be close to Jesus and let him produce fruit in our lives OR try to grow fruit independently of Jesus and in our strength. The latter is most common and futile. The former is counterintuitive but the only way to live.

Disciple-making is hard work. The work of humble submission, self-examination, application of truth, and redirection of one's life is all the work of the Spirit. (Romans 8:13) We must keep in step with the Spirit.

Living to feel liked makes us powerless. True power is living for others to feel loved. The former drains us; the latter fills us.

The news about all the corruption and fraud being exposed, DEI on the chopping block, and preserving women’s sports is awesome. But the greatest news is still that Jesus changes lives in ways no policy, platform, or promotion could ever touch.

Grace isn’t the permission to live as you like; it’s the privilege to live as you never could. God’s grace opens up a whole new world.

Discipleship was intended to be transformational, and we’ve made it informational - thinking more knowledge will change us, but only bloating our pride. If following Jesus is without frequent conviction, course correction, and changing our lives, we’re on a religious stroll.

Watch this! Russell Brand gets. Authentic faith is not cold orthodoxy or mindless mumbo jumbo; it is the humility to see our need for God.

I have no faith in a political party or a politician to turn the tide of our nation. I like politics and will mix it up with anyone. But the only lasting transformative force is Jesus Christ, and yes, we could be on the brink of a national awakening. THIS gets me most fired up!
