I feel the need to expressly point out that tierlists of any kind for jobs in ff14 are pointless. Jobs within their roles are so similar that to pretend there is a meaningful difference worthy of tiering should get your internet access revoked.

You can always tell someone's a lizard because the only lens they can express their ideas is through one that centers on productivity/commodification.

To use a recent example of a good way to encourage the player to use non standard markers would be M7s, and an older one would be UCoB. Every skill range is the size of Russia and mobility is at an all time high, there is no excuse to have the best marker places be at clocks.

TW: FF14 My take is that having so many fights designed in a way to allow patterns like this to come about is bad. I think that if most fights don't properly encourage players to put the markers outside of the 8 most obvious spots then its a creative failure.
