On @citizentvkenya, 7pm news, a woman in Kitengela was left with a dead foetus in her womb for 3 days because she did not have some Ksh 800 for "registration" at a hospital she arrived at...🫩🫩🫩🫩.

Imagine Kibra, Mathare, huruma, baba dogo all these slum areas have at least a stream or a river going through them.
