Just thinking how we’ve adapted. Sitting in our joint NHS / Council board made up of local politicians and clinicians, making decisions together. Listening to our joint finance director updating on a joint budget. Delivered with some people in person, some attending virtually.

Cannot believe that as a British Gas customer with Homecare Agrmt for last 20 yrs I have been told that they are prepared to leave with me no heating or hot water until 2nd Feb!😡I have never in all my life been so let down by an organisation & their cust service! @BritishGasHelp

Evaluating the benefits of our integration programme 4 years in. Massive impacts on acute activity - reductions in A&E attendance, reductions in dtocs, acute beds saved etc. But achieved primarily through new ways of integrated and person centred working in our neighbourhoods. 🤔
