This wasn't an isolated incident. I've since raised new requests three more times. Each time, either no one showed up, or the complaint was simply closed without any resolution. I've even called ResQ Customer care, but there's been zero improvement or follow-up.

Guess what? Within two weeks, the leakage started again. As promised, I raised a new complaint via the @RelianceResQ app (no-3056607). An executive came, told me someone else would handle the 'gas leakage', and then closed the complaint next day without anyone attending to it.
