Another preprint from Superhero Vivek Hari Sundar's stellar PhD work. We report the first Histone H4 Variant from plants. Oryza genera-specific novel Histone H4 variant predisposes H4 Lysine5 Acetylation marks to modulate salt stress responses #bioRxiv.
