Although Bruno’s attacking threat may decrease from his 18 G/A per year in the past 2 seasons to 16 G/A next year, the extra 2 points from defensive actions in half his matches will more than make up for it. 🔥🇵🇹

However, it’s not a perfect situation as Amirom will likely play a box midfield with Mbeumo & Cunha as the CAMs & Bruno + someone else as the CDMs. As a result of playing deeper, Bruno’s attacking output will likely decrease. Also, Bruno may lose pen share to the new arrivals. 🥺.

The new FPL defensive points changes are excellent for Bruno! .He had 35 clearances, 31 blocks, 26 interceptions, 84 tackles & 213 ball recoveries, totalling 391 defensive actions. Bruno averages 11.5 CBITR actions per 90!!.He only needs 12 per game to get the 2 extra points 👀

Injuries, suspensions and resting for Europa league games kept Bruno’s minutes low in the league. He played 3,000 mins, which is equivalent to 90 mins 34 times. However, with ManU out of Europe next season, I believe he will plays 90 mins in all 38 Prem matches.
