Not many feelings better than getting on a machine and hitting 10-12 warm up reps with somebody’s 2 set or 95% .And they looking at you do it in the mirror .“Just leave the weight up there…Preciate it!”.

Post Retirement Possibilities:.1) Work on the radio as a guest host with @HanksShow .2) Be a roving reporter and guest host with @TreyScott_NC .3) Me & My Dawg Delmus become grassroot football scouts who don’t do ⭐️⭐️’s but we use 🐶 to rank players. 4) Lift weights & vacation.
