It’s great to hear that NYC will be focusing on middle school learners! . I’m wondering if there is a plan in place for addressing any foundational literacy gaps for these older learners? Does anyone know?.
I’m proud to lead a school system that has invested deeply in the fundamentals, addressing long standing inequities in literacy and math outcomes. Today we are celebrating a major expansion of this vital work—bringing #NYCReads and #NYCSolves to middle schools across the city.
