Sometimes, after a particularly difficult day, a brew in your favourite battered cup is all that will do.

At the moment I’m rewatching ER on catch up. Sometimes I feel the need to binge watch things I’ve already seen, particularly when I’m stressed or anxious. There’s a comfort and peace in knowing what’s going to happen. Also, the 90s were pretty cool

Baked myself better today. I find baking very therapeutic… focussing so intently on the creation of one thing, forgetting all the other noise in your brain, then getting something yummy to eat afterwards. Perfection
