We do After Actions on nearly everything in the military. The Covid-era is in desperate need of review from top to bottom. It’s the only way to get lessons learned and not repeat such an atrocity again. And, oh by the way, once we do an AAR it will be clear that there MUST be.
This week I examined the COVID-19 reinstatement process. Here’s what I learned. First, people need to understand the difference between involuntary and voluntary separation. If a service member refused the shot and was forced out via administrative separation it was involuntary.
