Well, well, @virginmedia . Currently 41 days late with installation. Absolutely promised a call from a manager on 4th Jan- nothing, so I called 11th Jan, absolutely promised a call from a manager again within 36 hours. Nothing. Looks like @Offcom next.

I’d love to recommend @virginmedia Sadly, I can’t, as they have delayed installing broadband for what is now TWO MONTHS. Already a month late, they’ve just knocked it back AGAIN after promising to do it before 2025. Incompetent, incapable, unhelpful.
