Just be mindful of many of the staff who taught you & no longer have jobs at KU. They have paid a high price for your well-earned success. There will have to be a smaller number of chairs for staff on the stage.

Very appropriate, as Kingston's grossly overpaid and dimwitted VC is already turning the clock back to the 1970s, making the Uni into a Poly again.
