After nearly 750 days I've decided to leave @Astralisgg It was a hard decision to make, but I believe it's the right one. I've learned a lot, and met so many amazing people along the way. Many of whom I call friends today. All the best in 2023 @Astralisgg ❤️

Got all of the numbers today. ⚖️ weight: 81 🧈 Fat % of: 10.5 🏃♀️ VO2 Max (fitness level): 50 I also know which heart rate zones burn fat and which burn carbs. And when I no longer take in enough oxygen to sustain a specific pace. Now the real training begins. 💪

I've come to realize, that I'm no good at sitting still. With running still limited for a little while. Smashing some boulders is not a bad alternative. 💪
