I'd strongly encourage all leaders in LE to attend Professionalizing Law Enforcement: Community Engagement Training. I was blessed to go to their conference, and it did not disappoint. Great work being done nationwide, building strong partnerships between community & police.

It was a very humbling experience to spend police week in DC with so many other officers from across the country and attend the police memorial candle light vigil. They do an amazing job of honoring the fallen. @BuffaloCountySO was also in attendance showing their respect.

Almost through week 6 at the FBI NA #290. This training has proven to be an excellent means in learning from other professionals from all across the country. In addition to classes,we were fortunate to visit NYPD and Philadelphia PD. Thanks to those agencies for their hospitality
