North Shore MS Student Receives 2024 Young Women in Mathematics Award Congrats to Miranda Zhang who received the Maryam Mirzakhani AMC 8 Award from the Mathematical Association of America (MAA). This award recognizes the top five highest-scoring girls in the AMC 8 nationwide.

NS Middle School Students Medal at LI Math Fair! On 4/5, seven middle school students presented at the Long Island Math Fair (LIMF) at Hofstra University. 7 NS students participated & 6 received medals. This year, 466 students attended representing 26 school districts across LI.
