Russia’s “peace” last night: a massive strike on Kyiv with drones and ballistic missiles. At least 10 killed, 30 injured, many buildings destroyed. The EU Delegation was severely damaged by the shock wave. This is Moscow’s true answer to peace efforts.

Shocked and deeply saddened by the killing of Andriy Parubiy in Lviv. A former Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, and a fighter for Ukraine’s democracy. The perpetrators must be brought to justice. My condolences to his family and friends.

Just spoke with President @ZelenskyyUa, then @POTUS Donald Trump, following the massive strike on Kyiv which also hit our EU offices. Putin must come to the negotiating table. We must secure a just and lasting peace for Ukraine with firm and credible security guarantees that.
