Last week, our 8th graders met Betty Lugo, Founder of @LatinasLideres, to learn about her mission to empower girls in under-resourced communities in the Dominican Republic. In support, our KIPPsters created beautiful bookmarks to promote literacy and inspire a love for reading.📚
