but this means a huge influx of people who have been struggling with mental health, addiction, living rough and more, and no simple path to welcoming them into the community. Instead it will be ripped apart, resentments will be deep, and what was a shining (2/x)

So it looks like the city is intending to ram a 52 unit 6 storey complex into a quiet, sleepy neighbourhood mostly comprised of retirees and big spreading trees. Bringing in a smaller unit might have allowed incorporation into the community (cont'd)
