Happy Monday! Started the week w/ technique work. LOTS of Barbell High Pulls to improve my Cleans. Worked up to 185lb for sets of 3, but didn't film them.. They were hard. 🤣 And finished w/ a machine I hadn't used in 20 years! @Animalpak @KFKFofficial #Strongman @gloryhammer
