I know everyone is not the happiest about home prices and affordability . If you want to buy I do think now is a great time. Sellers have sitting homes and getting a large credit (up to 6%) to pay closing costs and buy down your interest rate can make buying actually affordable

There were people in 2021 talking about waiting for prices to drop and for the bottom to fall out. There were people in 2018 saying the same thing. It is nearly 2026. Rates have reached almost 8% and prices are still holding firm likely thanks to the 2% mortgages 😂
