NSABP B51 57.7% BCT rate. So almost 2/3 of the “no RT” arm actually had RT to the breast. Although not designed to address regional, with 3D conv fx WBI+boost there would have been meaningful dose to most of axilla -possibly to SCV and IMC-for many of those patients.
