Meteo 101: lower the pressure, stronger the storm. Central pressure dropped to 942.5 mb Sunday making this the strongest cyclone to ever develop in these waters. 3rd strongest was 3 days prior on October 21 🤯 Storms of this strength are rare but 2 in 1 week is highly unusual.
