Semaine 22/50. Poids : 106.1. Legere perte cette semaine, le contre coup du mois dernier ou j'ai perdu 6 kilos. Le cheat meal sera leger et ca repart semaine prochaine. Jme met un objectif tres large de 99 à fin juillet. Traaaanquille.
