I wish we really knew what’s going on behind the scenes. I understand moving on from McDermott given the same results each year, but promoting Beane after this piecemeal roster? That’s pretty bold given the entire world thinks the alternative. Must be more than meats the eye!

Regarding #Bills: Wouldn’t surprise me to see Joe Brady get a real look there. Talk amongst league circles last year that he was the guy in waiting, per sources. They’ll certainly go through process, and another candidate could wow them, but Brady has a lot of fans in that

Sean McDermott is a good man and was a good head coach to work with. He wasn’t perfect, but he made the effort. He cared. Wherever he goes next—likely as a head coach—the organization and the media group will be getting a pretty good one.
