Here was the incline map I biked on stream today. 🫩. I pedaled for almost four hours straight and other zwifters kept coming in my chat to ask me why I was biking so slow 😫😫😫😫 . The hardest bike/zwift ride I’ve ever done but I’m glad I was able to complete it!

I’ve had nothing but pain with all the bike seats I try so I’m gonna try going to the doctor to see if it’s my spine or something 🥲. It’s so frustrating because all I want to do is just exercise… I already struggle enough as it is with eating and breathing like please 😭😭.

I’m going to try my new bike set-up today on stream and ngl I’m an avid bike rider and this machine makes me feel like I’ve never ridden a bike in my entire life 😭😭😭. IT’S SO HARD

Kinda spooky but here’s some of the photos from my DEXA scan! The green is lean mass while the red area is fat. I’m highkey giving BBL so I’d like to lose at least 15 pounds 😭
