I confirm with him twice that he will do the promise and he said yes ，after the game we go to him and he regreted the promise. He can only gave me the 8 pack，then said that he is a human and will make mistake. Wonder how can he be the leader without fullfill the promise.（4/x）.

We purchase the Oasis Respite promo sealed before the Calling event ，however my husband was in the calling top 8 match 。And i asked the organizer TO got any solution if i want to get the promo card，he promise me that he will give me the promo and 8 packs after the game.（3/x）.

That's why this event was awful！Thank you for letting me learn a great excuse to break promise -「I'm human and will make mistake ，so i couldn't make my promise」～I can understand that it is the first time to hold an event but I can’t accept not fulfilling the promises🥺(2/x）.

Really have to said that i love Tokyo so much but the FAB Calling Tokyo make me feel bad～ The organizer's 「TO 」making promise and regretted，i have to said that as a leader of the organizer how can you didn‘t make your words？（1/x）.
