We had a president who was allegedly on the payroll of dodgy businessmen.
He continues to spend millions upon millions over his legitimate pension on lawyers.
Nobody in law enforcement has acted. The tax authority has hidden behind privacy laws.

โIntegrity,โ both as word and concept, belongs in the colonial world. It has no place in Africa where moral fluidity, with a keen focus on self-interest, is the new โintegrity.โ

Political game
Lebeya is touching cigarette and drug cartels in their studio
And the rogue SF SANDF case is in process
The arrests coming there will shake the country.
They cannot send a sniper like they did with Frans Mathipa
Phala phala investg in process etc etc

It's a good question because mostly when you work as a business person with government you have to provide tax clearance certificates. Yet we regularly hear of people owing millions. Seems the tax clearance requirement is only for a select few, and not the "comrades"
