After (kind of) playing it for 2 days, and watching over the weekend… it’s hard to express how difficult/borderline impossible Oakmont would be if it was firm. Not even rock hard, but just the slightest bit of firmness in the greens would make it 🤯

For many out there getting high grades is a fuss and so many students get nervous when exams are around the corner. Expectations from families and from our own selves just keep us getting dragged in a race of maximum score, each student desires that, of course and why not?

So much talk about “what would X handicap shoot at Oakmont”… Why don’t we find a way to make it happen? Have a 5, 10, 18 whatever handicap play Monday after the @usopengolf. Back tees full rules of golf, and see what happens? May have to let a few groups thru and allow for 6-7
