EPA announced today that South Dakota & Ohio have sought to delay implementation of year-round #E15 in their states. The states that will proceed forward are IL, IA, MN, MO, NE and WI. Kansas apparently RSVP'd to a party it wasn't invited to. #ethanol

For Summit to be considered a common carrier vested with the power of eminent domain in SD, the #CO2 captured needs to be considered a commodity. Using CO2 as a feedstock for #eFuel strengthens the argument that it's a commodity rather than something with no productive use.
Summit Carbon Solutions @summit_carbon and Infinium, a leading electrofuels (eFuels) producer, have entered an arrangement for the supply of up to 670,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) annually at a proposed eFuels facility in North Dakota or South Dakota.

Well, there it is. Summit plans to move forward with the pipeline regardless of Rl21 failing. The opposition did a great job confusing voters on what Rl21 actually did.
