I hear you, and Kenya is a useful reference point. That said, Zambia and Kenya are very different markets in terms of regulation, consumer behavior, infrastructure, and scale. What worked in Kenya can’t be copied wholesale without local validation. Airtel Money and M-Pesa
@Justchichi The only data you need to look at is from other countries like Kenya. When they eased regulation for this, the market was small then. But today? Huge! Airtel Money aswell started very small. They looked at M-pesa and they knew that in a few years time, mobile money will be big
