Not many people know this about me, but a little over 10 years ago I got injured while serving the British army in Afghanistan. My injury has been worsening as time goes on, but this week I finally caved and got a wheelchair to make getting around easier 👨🦽

Between 21 and 23 for me. I was in the military and was deployed in Afghanistan, then I got back. I saw a lot of horrible stuff nobody should ever see, and was haunted by it for a long time. I was also injured over there, and really struggled with life as a cripple

6 years ago I proposed to my now wife. At the time I had taken 6 months off from working in tech, and was running low on funds. Fast forward 6 years, we have our own house, 6 kids, and want for nothing. She definitely deserves this new eternity ring for putting up with me!
