I look at weekly averages for this reason - if I’m hitting my macros over the week then I’m good, lets me enjoy that pizza or Taco Bell on the weekends while knowing I’m trending in the right direction

What BoyMason said is on par with what my therapist had me do as well - essentially evaluating if the worry is pertinent.
My own thing is whenever I’m ruminating about something I just imagine placing that thought on a leaf flowing down a river and I watch it float away lol.

I use straps for all working sets - helps a ton so I can focus on the row/deadlift/etc, but still try and warmup strapless. Also some gyms just have terrible bars with zero grip and I hate the way chalk wrecks my hands

I tried my hardest to not pick one up while growing up on the south - also tied to racism and segregation I was feeling. Also explains some of my disdain for country music

The fort troff one? Yeah they sell cuffs seperate on there and I like them since they have velcro but also a place to add a lock if you want - I use carabiners for all my linking, provides lots of versatility and usually can get in bulk at Home Depot for cheap

Always check the upgrade costs on the app - sometimes it’s cheaper to upgrade to first class over checking a bag. Hell I’ve gotten economy plus upgrades for $9 which is well worth the extra leg room
