This week Jumuiya Ya Kaunti Za Pwani Secretariat trainers have onboarded a Mwembe Tayari cohort of youth MSMEs that they are taking through a business capacity-building training. The training imparts financial literacy, planning and marketing knowledge to the trainees.

On Day 1, trainers took the youth through the participatory Business Game that is part of ILO's Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) course. MSMEs with great potential will proceed to a mentorship phase and stand a chance for access to financing for their businesses.
