Nice work from guest editor Vincent Wong, a recentish Monash grad who invited me to write a commentary in this episode. For years I have been recommending the communiques to students as essential reading. They provide valuable insights for clinicians at all stages of experience.
Timely publication on the need for more openness and modeling of diagnostic uncertainty, acknowledging bias & changing culture so doctors in training know dx is not always clear cut & to seek not fear help. #dxerror @TheCommuniques @ImproveDX
